Design Your Project

Proposal Form for "Creative" Projects (other than community service) Most projects will use this form. Get your project approved by any teacher. Turn the proposal in to your homeroom teacher.
Proposal Form for Community Service Projects Get this approved by Mrs. Lee, and turn it in to your homeroom teacher. If you're raising money, you will also need the Financial Report Form below.
