Summer Practice

Things you can do to help your child reach his/her goals.

Math

Continue using your math skills as you enjoy the summer.

Count the shells you collected at the beach by 1's,5's and 10's.

Count the bugs you found.

Collect change and count your money to buy a special ice cream treat for your family.

Sort your toys as you pick them up after your done playing.

Check the hour on the clock so that you are in bed early to get your proper rest.

Please practice these prayers with your child:

     Angel of God
     Our Father
     Hail Mary

Reading

Please read a story to your child every single day! You might visit the library over the summer to get more reading books.

Practice the high-frequency words and read the mini books that are sent home from our reading program.
