All students enrolled in the Industrial Materials classes are 
expected to follow the guidelines outlined in class.  
1. Eye protection is required in the classroom at all times. 
Safety Glasses are available. Also, students may bring in Z-87 
approved eyewear.
2. Wear clothing that is appropriate for the lab activities. 
3. Bring a pencil.
4. Our Safety Contract will be discussed during class 
orientation. Students should take the contract home, review it, have 
it signed by a parent/guardian, and return it on the announced date 
in class.
5. Additional items needed for projects will be discussed during 
class depending on the assignment.
