Mission Statement
Empowered by the witness and lives of St. Katharine Drexel and St. John Neumann, Drexel Neumann Academy is committed to providing a Catholic elementary school education in a multicultural environment to the children of Chester. Franciscan spirituality and diversified instruction will promote an environment which recognizes the giftedness of each child.
Drexel Neumann Academy is an independent Catholic school for students in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth, sponsored by Neumann College, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Katharine Drexel Parish, and the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia.

Update
WE are off to a fantastic start of the 2008-2009 school year. I am so grateful for the support of our families, faculty, staff, and parish community.
Some of the exciting plans we have for the new school year include ballroom dancing for upper grade students, a school library, and a new yearbook format available for all students. We are also grateful for the support of so many community partners which are helping us to provide our students with the best academics and support needed for our students to experience all the success they truly deserve.
As we continue through this new school year, be assured of my continued prayers and support!

Uniforms
Please send in to school any uniforms which your children have outgrown as we begin to establish a uniform exchange for the future.

Tuition Payments
Tution for the 2008-2009 school year will be $2,225.00. If you applied for tuition assistance, you should have received a letter notifying you of the amount available. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Summer Uniform
Please remind your child they must still follow the dress code when wearing the summer uniform. Please check the handbook for clarity of what is the summer uniform.

Playground
Groundbreaking for the new playground and basketball court will take place on October 6th at 9:00 a.m. You are welcome to join us for this wonderful event.
