During this month of the Holy Souls,please remember in your prayers all of
the souls for whom our Memorial Scholarships were named.
The students in Grades Pre-K to Grade Three will have gym class on Monday,
November 9 at their normal time. For this reason, they need to wear their
gym clothes to school on Monday; instead of Tuesday.
H1N1 vaccinations will be distributed on Monday, November 9 from 9:00 -
10:00. Only the students who returned their permission forms will be
vaccinated. The vaccintation which is being distributed in the the nasal
mist form. If you indicated that you wanted your child to be vaccinated and
you have since changed your mind, you must call the school office first
thing on Monday morning. If you would like to be present when your child
receives the vaccine, you should be at school by 9:00. The children will be
brought down to the vaccination site, and you can join your child in the
room. Thank you for your cooperation and we work through this process
together.
Thank you to all of the parents and families who supported our annual Walk-A-
Thon. I am happy to report that we surpassed our goal of $7500. We raised
a total of $7650, which will be used for our technology budget. I am
grateful to everyone who supported this fundraiser; special thanks to our
Walk-A-Thon committee: Mrs. Marisa Messina, Ms. Marge Kane, Mrs. Gilda
Quartullo.

On Tuesday, November 10, at 9:30 in our school auditorium, we will be
hosting a Veterens Day Prayer Service and Ceremony to honor all of our
military veterns. We invite any members of the parish or school who are
veterens to be a part of this program. Please call the school (215)467-
5385, with the name of the veteren who will be in attendance.
Please send in forms with names of Deceased family and friends; so that we
can pray for them during the month of November.
Our Mission Drive for the month of November is the Thanksgiving Outreach,
sponsored by our parish's Saint Vincent DePaul Society. We encourage the
students to bring in one of the following items for the Thanksgiving Baskets:
cranberries
Instant potatoes
Stuffing mix
Canned Vegetables
Canned Gravy
$2.00 toward a ham or a turkey
** These items need to be brought to school by Tuesday, November 17. If you
would like to help with the basket assembly or distribution, please call
school.
