Room 205

Course Description:
This course focuses on the continued development of skills associated with reading, writing, speaking and listening (all skills needed to perform in daily life).  While following guidelines established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and each student's Individual Education Plan, lessons will engage each student to take learning to the next level which includes using the skills learned in their daily life.
The course will heighten student skills by accenting the skills already mastered and raising the learning bar for independent growth by each student.  The course will challenge students to improve writing skills which will include persuasive and narrative writing along with enhancing much needed functional skills that allow them to meet with the world’s requests and employment requirements, as well as survival.
