You are the master of your destiny. Although it may be more convenient or comfortable to blame others for what occurs in your life, the fact is that you control your destiny. Every waking moment, you are making choices. Today, you will choose what to eat. You will choose whether you get some exercise. You will choose what you put in your mind. You will choose the people with whom you will interact. You will choose whether you will be kind to others. You will choose whether to be happy. And, you will make hundreds of other decisions that directly impact the quality of your life.
