You will earn your quarterly grade by completing the following within a total

Homework and Class Assignments – will vary from 4 to 32 points
Quizzes – will vary from 20 to 30 points
Tests and Projects – will vary from 100 to 200 points
Attendance/Participation – each unexcused absence or each class spent off
task will result in a one-point deduction from your quarterly average.
(Note: Any student, who consistently attends or participates in class, will
qualify for extra credit work.)
To compute your quarterly average divide your Total Points Earned by the
Total Points Possible. Then subtract any Attendance/Participation penalties
from your quarterly average to determine your quarterly grade.
