WELCOME TO Second GRADE!
Scholastic Book Order Information:
Spending quality time reading with your child helps to build
confidence and make the connection between learning and fun. This year you
will have the opportunity to order books from two different Scholastic
flyers. See Saw and Lucky Book Clubs both contain developmentally appropriate
books to share with your child. Flyers will be sent home monthly. If you
would like to place an order from any of the flyers, please complete the
order form and include payment *in the form of check or money order * made
out to Scholastic Book Club.
Lunch and Breakfast Procedures
A lunch/breakfast account has been set up through the school using
your child’s student ID number. To make a deposit into your child’s account,
please send the money or a check in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
The money is automatically taken out when you child enters their ID # in the
cafeteria.
Snacks
This year our class will have an afternoon snack. Snack will not be
provided. If you choose to send in a snack with your child please do not send
anything messy or needing a spoon. Think Healthy!
