Students research a topic in mathematics pertaining but not limited to algebra, calculus, geometry, statistics, topology, operations research, or number theory. The end result is a 7-10 minute oral presentation given at the regional meeting at King's College in March 2010. Participants receiving a first award at the regional meeting will present their projects at the state meeting at Penn State University's main campus in May 2010.
