REMINDER: 7th grade
Science tests and quizzes were given back before the break.......They should
be SIGNED AND RETURNED TOMORROW! Remember, this will count against your
homework grade if you do not return them on time!!
8th grade:
Get some modeling clay. We will watch videos of volcanoes tomorrow and start
learning about them! Then we'll research and make our own! I am looking
forward to it!

Tests are sent home when everyone has taken the test. Tests should be signed
and returned the next day!

When your child is absent they must return to school with a note explaining
why they were absent. If the absence is for 3 days or more, they MUST have a
doctor's note. Also, the school office must be called for any absences!

********Some students have not returned tests/quizzes that needed to be
signed. This counts as part of their homework grade. Please ask your children
if there is anything that needs to be signed. Thank you.
Just a reminder:
Effective October 15, ALL students should be wearing their WINTER UNIFORM.
The daily winter uniform consists of:
Boys: khaki pants, belt, golf shirt and maroon HCCS sweatshirt.
Girls: skirt, maroon HCCS sweatshirt and golf shirt.
Sneakers are NOT worn with the daily winter uniform.
The winter GYM UNIFORM consists of:
Blue HCCS sweatpants, sweatshirts and a maroon HCCS tee shirt.
No other tee shirt should be worn under the sweatshirt or tee shirt.
SNEAKERS ONLY are to be worn with the gym uniform.
Please be sure that your child has the complete winter uniform. There are
some used uniforms available at school.
Girls may NOT wear hoop earrings. This is for their own safety!! Also, only
one earring per lobe may be worn!
Nail polish is not allowed. Acrylic nails are also not allowed! Thank you!
