Mrs. Bard teaches seventh and eighth grade math and eighth grade religion.
Mrs. Bard enjoys moderating Scholastic Challenge, Math "24", and the talent
show. Her husband is a public school teacher. They have one daughter, Amy,
who is a graduate of both HGA and Central Catholic High School and is now a
junior pursuing a BSN in nursing at DeSales University. Mrs. Bard
is a graduate of Albright College and received her teaching certification
from Alvernia College. She has a master's degree in education from Wilkes
University. Mrs. Bard is certified in the state of Pennsylvania to teach
elementary education (grades K-6) and middle school mathematics (grades 7-9).
She is also certified to teach religion as a master catechist by the Diocese
of Allentown. Mrs. Bard is especially fond of her three shih tzus, Mimi,
Holly and Snickers. Mimi is on the left, Holly is in the middle, and Snickers
is on the right in the above picture. Mrs. Bard is an advocate of dog rescue
