6TH GRADE EXTRA CREDIT PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROJECT
There are four categories of physical fitness conditioning. List and define
each category of conditioning. For each category, describe 3 exercises that
would achieve the appropriate results, explain what parts of the body
benefit from the exercise, include any safety considerations when doing the
exercise,and attach a picture or diagram of the exercise.
Use of the internet is suggested. Links on our website may be helpful as
resources.
This project is worth up to 20 points.
