Availability:
I am available in Room 110 before school (7-7:45 a.m.) and after school (3 p.m.). To avoid having several students who have different tutoring needs or plan to make-up classroom work/evaluations from arriving at the same time, please try to let me know ahead of time if you plan to be there. See me in school or e-mail me. If your grade is below 80% on any evaluation, you are required to come in for extra help. I will be unavailable at the following times because of faculty meetings, department meetings, and weekly collaborative trainings: the first Monday of school each month, the second Tuesday of each month, and every Wednesday.
Conferences:
Parent-teacher-student conferences should be scheduled by appointment. Phone conferences are an option: 761-4530. E-mailing questions/concerns is welcome, although I am unable to send home regularly scheduled reports about a student because of time constraints and the number of students I have. But I will always answer e-mail and voice-mail. The focus will be on students who need extra help or have behavior problems.
