Homes Economics.....7th grade......SEWING....
Students are working on latch hook kits, and will be learning the parts of
the sewing machine and how to use a machine. I will take 2 students at a
time and show them how to use a sewing machine while the others in the class
work on their latch hook kits. They will sew straight lines, curves, then
circles. They will then choose a project that I will provide for them to
complete.
Home Economics.....8th Grade.........CHILD CARE....
We do not have access to a kitchen so the curriculum will follow home
skills. We will go into houshold management....such as budgets, check
writing, or the present day
online banking, and home management.
