I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in
Secondary English. I taught English for 13years at Upper Moreland Junior
High and High School. I retired for 10 years to raise my two daughters,
Jessica and Stephanie. My daughters' Catholic school education at St.
Basil's in Kimberton and Villa Maria Academy was so fantastic that I decided
to apply for a teaching position in our Catholic schools. Eleven years ago
Mrs. Duff hired me for 3rd grade! I have taught grades 3 through 8 at MDP and
have enjoyed every minute of being in this beautiful God-centered school. We
are all so blessed to be a part of the MDP family!
My older daughter, Jessica, graduated from the University of Notre Dame
in 1996, and my younger daughter, Stephanie, graduated from Alvernia College
in Reading in 2007. What a blessing to have our children's education
rooted in the Gospel!
