Remember all those who have died. We prayed for our friends and
relatives. We will begin learning about our patron saints.

We talked about our patron saints. The children will be asked to find a
picture of their patron saint. Perhaps you could help them start looking.
Tomorrow the gym class has been changed from 2:20 to 12:00. Don't forget to
return your library books tomorrow.
November 4, 2009
Today we went to church for a prayer service to honor the relic of St.
John Vianney. Also, I am so proud of first grade's hard work in collecting
Box Tops! The first grade class will receive a pretzel for all their hard
work. Keep collecting those Box Tops. Also, we are now collecting Labels for
Education. Send these in whenever you are ready. I will save them in the
classroom. We already have a small collection started!
