Mrs. Miller is a Kutztown University graduate with a bachelor of science
degree in art education and a minor in Spanish. She was recently married in
July 2003 and also moved to the Lehigh Valley that summer. She and her
husband, who is a middle school music teacher, reside in Bethlehem Township.
Mrs. Miller loves art of all kind, but especially enjoys painting with
watercolors. For the 2003-2004 school year Mrs. Miller is also the Eagle Nest
Gallery Director.
My mission for my classes is that students would grow in their appreciation,
knowledge, and understanding of the arts, particularly in terms of
techniques, vocabulary, and the specific art form dictated by the class.
It is my hope that each student would feel comfortable and welcome in my
classes, regardless of artistic ability, and also that each student would
have an open mind to the course possibilities.
I request that all my classes respect me and their classmates. In return, I
hold my students in highest regard.
