Students should practice their math facts everyday. Students in second
grade will usually have hw 2-3 times a week, depending on how much they finish in class. Every
Thursday students will have a math facts assessment. Throughout the year, students will gain speed
and accuracy with their basic facts. Please continue to practice at home.
**each second grade student has received a blue math folder which they should
bring home every night. I will use this folder to send home corrected hw or
tests and any notes or comments.
