Spelling Homework
On Monday evening your child will bring home a spelling homework packet that will be due on Friday.
Each student should be practicing his/her spelling words each night to ensure spelling success. Please
work with your child on the activity packet each night and turn this in on Friday. Each Friday there will
be a spelling test on the words the students received on Monday.
Reading Homework
Your child should also be reading his/her book in a bag each night. Please sign and
date the reading log form each night. This form is due on Friday and your child can
earn rewards for having his/her homework completed.
Math Homework
I will send home one or two short math homework assignments each week to review
the taught concept. In addition, each night your child will receive a rocket math addition
or subtraction sheet to complete.
The students will never have any homework over the weekend or over holiday vacations.
