Our Lady of Charity School

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR ALL GRADES FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at Our Lady of Charity) . Non Catholics are asked to provide the date & place of baptism/enrollment for your Church.
• Full immunization record given to school prior to September 1, 2010
• A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00

Kindergarten students must be 5 years on or before September 1, 2010. To enroll a child from Grades 2 to 8, a copy of the report card for the current year as well as last year's report card, and standardized testing results must be presented, along with a trasfer slip from the present school. Psycholopgical testing results, if applicable, must be brought also.
