How can I help?

Technology for Grades 5 - 8 does not utilize Computer Aides for
classroom
instruction. This practice is done to begin adjusting the
students to learn
to be attentive, take notes, and be responsible for classroom
work as I
prepare them for their progression to a high school classroom.

You can help by asking your students to demonstrate something
they have
learned in computer class applications and allow them to be
teachers and
technology guru's in your home envirnoment.

At this age, sharing their expertise with all levels of
technology is an
important crucial step in developing good communication sense.
Allow them
to teach you how to text a message, load a video to you.tube,
take a picture, import a photo to a
document, or help clean up the home PC's files with your help.
The bottom
line is, we can all LEARN together.
