Hello, my name is Catherine Grace. I am originally from Rosemont and moved to
Downingtown for the opportunity to teach at Pope John Paul II.
I have worked for the Norristown Area School District and a private school
in Wayne.
This school year will be my fifth year at Pope John Paul II. I am a graduate
from Cabrini College's Masters of Education program. My daughter is in fourth
grade here at Pope John Paul II.
We are a very active family who likes to bike, run, swim, play tennis,shop,
travel and dine out. My daughter Paige is on the BCY swim team and during the
summer she swims for Saint Anthony's. Because Paige is on two swim teams I
get the opportunity to see many PJPII students outside of school and cheer
them on.
The class mission for the 2011-2012 school year is to ensure, prepare,and
empower my students to achieve their full spiritual, social and
intellectuall potential in order to become productive members of society and
lifelong learners. My personal mission is to provide my students a
positive, safe, and caring educational environment, which enhances
self-esteem, and develop respect for others.
