About The Teacher

I have been in Catholic education my whole life. I attended St. Anastasia
Elementary School, Cardinal O'Hara High school, and Neumann College. I have
previously taught at St. Joseph School in Aston. I have taught Kindergarten
for two years and am now in my sixth year of second grade. This is my fifth
year at this school. I love being a part of this wonderful school!

I am currently taking graduate courses at West Chester in Literacy. I hope
to become a reading specialist.

In my spare time, I like to be with my husband, family, and friends, read,
shop, enjoy nature, and watch the Flyers, Phillies and Eagles. Feel free to
also e-mail me at mchristie@popejohnpaul2sch.org

Mission For The Class

My mission is to create a positive learning experience for each and every
student that enters my classroom. Each child is unique and brings something
special to the classroom. I want them to use their talents and share with
the class what God has given each of them.

"You never know what you can do until you try."
