We have 27 children

What is the procedure for homework?

As of January 30th...Homework assignments will be given each night
Monday-Thursday for children to complete independently and return
the following day. Each assignment is expected to take 5-10 
minutes to complete. Please encourage and support your child as needed.
This change is to provide your child an opportunity to become
responsible and accountable for his or her own learning.

Homework comes home on Monday  in a homework folder and includes a classroom newsletter with weekly updates.   
Homework assignments are returned inside the same folder on Fridays.

Are birthdays celebrated in our classroom?

YES! Feel free to send in a healthy treat on your child's birthday. A quick note or e-mail will help me plan out the best time to celebrate.

Are parents invited to volunteer in classroom activities?

Yes, we love volunteers! Weekly, monthly, special events...whatever works for you!
Please be sure to register in the main office with all clearances before signing up!
