6th grade FCS

6th graders will focus on the development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.  They will explore 
what children need in order to grow and develop successfully.  Through the use of hands-on activities, 
students will discover the importance of play, healthy foods, child and toy safety, and how 
to set boundaries. Students will also have an opportunity to learn about different careers related to 
working with children.
