Dear Parents,
This week is our last letter week. We will be talking about the letter Z. We will be learning about the
different zoo animals. We will make a mural showing these animals at the zoo.
In Religion, we will talk about Pentecost and how God wants us all to be peacemakers.
This week is our last week for show-n-tell. Please try to send something that begins with Y and Z.

Next week we will have a summer theme. We will read stories about the beach and learn about the
importance of sunscreen.
We will also be spending time the next two weeks practicing for Graduation.
Remember Graduation will take place next Wednesday, June 6h at 9:00 in the gym. The children
should be dropped off at the back door at 8:45.
Please do not send your child with a schoolbag or lunch box. We will have a short party afterwards. The
children will be free to go afterwards. It will probably be over at 10:00.
I would like to take this time to thank all of you for being so supportive of Mrs. Crimi and me. The
volunteers for Mystery Readers, lunch parents, and homeroom parents were wonderful. Even if you were
only able to send in a party treat when asked, I thank you.
