PAYMENT PLANS:
Plan A Payment in full by April 15th.
Plan B 9 monthly payments payable on the 15th of each month, beginning on April 15th and ending on December 15th.
REGISTRATION:
The registration fee is $200.00 per family and is due at the time of registration. This fee also includes the lunch fee which pays for adult supervision in the cafeteria. The fee is non-refundable unless the student is not accepted for admission into the school. If registration is not received by April 30, 2012, the registration fee will increase to $275.00 because of the loss of government reimbursements for instructional materials.
Families registering after April 15th have three options for tuition payment:
1. Payment in full at registration
2. Payment in full of "missed" payments and then payment of "regular" amount for the remaining
months.
3. Prorated monthly payments
Each family is expected to give 15 hours of volunteer service to the school each year. This service can take the form of recess duty, working in the library, helping with fundraising, or many other ways.
REMINDERS:
* School families who currently have children enrolled at Sacred Heart and have paid their tuition in full for the current academic year, are welcome to register their children beginning January 25th. Registration forms will be sent home the week of January 23rd and will be ongoing; forms may be returned to school personally or by mail with the $200.00 registration fee.
* Open enrollment for new families (families who have not previously enrolled children at Sacred Heart) will begin on February 7th at the school. Enrollment will be ongoing until all classes are filled.
* Active Parishioners are those who attend Mass regularly, support parish life, and contribute at least $750 annually to the church. Notification of contributions will be emailed monthly to school families; any deficiency will be noted by November 15th. Your Sunday contributions are important for the support of the mission of Sacred Heart which includes our Catholic school.
* Monthly statements will be sent via mail this year. Families are strongly encouraged to enroll in electronic funds transfer for the payment of tuition (form enclosed). You may also pay by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (form enclosed). Checks are payable to Sacred Heart School. A ten day grace period is given on all accounts. If your payment is not received by the 25th of the month, your credit card will be charged. If we do not have your credit card information, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. No cash payments, please.
* You are encouraged to complete a financial aid form from BLOCS for tuition assistance. Please submit your financial aid form along with your children's registration form.
* BLOCS application forms are available on line by the end of January. Information can be found at: http://www.blocs.org/.
* Tuition payments are partially refundable on a pro-rated basis. No refunds are given after December 31st.
* Withdrawal Date:
On or before May 14th - family will receive full refund of any tuition paid
May 15th to September 14th - Sacred Heart will retain 35% of total tuition due at time of withdrawal, any balance will be refunded.
September 15th to December 31 - Sacred Heart will retain 65% of total tuition due at time of withdrawal, any balance will be refunded.
