Remember: The students have Friday off. It is a teacher inservice day. We are
working on our Middle States reports for our upcoming evaluation.
Monday is also a day off for President's Day...enjoy!
RELIGION 6 - Study for test on CH.11 "God Gives the Law" on Tuesday.
ELA/READING 6 - For "Reading Counts", the students need to fill out a Book
Survey and take a quiz for each month for each book. They are required at
least one per month, however, they are encouraged to complete as many as they
want to. The students can always check the computer in the classroom for an
update on their progress.
ELA/GRAMMAR 6 - CH.3 Adjective Test was today.
HW - complete Adjective Review p.76,77 on LL answers only.
ELA/VOCAB 6 - All Unit 7 cards #1-20 were due today.
Unit 7 vocab test was today.
Unit 8 word cards are due next Fri.
SS 6 - 6-1 CH.22 test on Australia on Tues.
6-2 Finish open book test on Australia: WB Lessons 29,30,31,32
CH.22 test on Australia on Wed.
SS 5 - 2 packets on regions of USA are due next Wed.
This week we completed our final lessons on the regions of the USA.
Next week we begin studying our neighbor to the north, Canada!

This weekend is also a good time to purchase some of the school supplies that
are missing!
The students should have with them at all times:
3 black pens, 3 red pens, 3 sharpened pencils with erasers, 2 yellow
highlighters, a pack of colored pencils, a small 6 in. ruler, a small pair of
scissors, a glue stick, and looseleaf.
