Supply List

Please send in the following items:

1 box of tissues
1 roll of paper towels
1 folder
1 large bookbag
1 family picture in a frame
1 nametag with info. on how your child will be going home the 1st day!
1 rest blanket (the size of a beach towel)
1 plastic bag for the blanket
1 paint shirt - a man's old shirt preferrably!
2 small photos that can be cropped for bins & helper chart
Drink money- $2.80 ($1.40 for 1/2 day students) for the first 2 days & following week of school
Any medical forms not already sent
