Dear Parents,
I want to take this opportunity to commend you on your decision to provide a Catholic
elementary school education for your child(ren). Attached is a form to re-register your
student(s) for the 2012-2013 school year.
Please print out this re-registration form, complete it, and return it in a sealed envelope to the school
office (Attention: Mrs. Oulton). If you will be returning, please also include the re-
registration fee of $300 for the first child and $50 for each additional child.
All forms must be received by January 26, 2012 in order to hold a space for your
student(s).
If you wish to register a new sibling, please contact the school office for a separate
application packet. Note that the deadline for new sibling registration is also January
26, 2012. Any new sibling applications received after this date will be placed in the same
pool as regular new student applications.
