Field trip forms

Dear Parents/Guardians,
               We will be going to the see the play Hansel and Gretel on Friday, January 13th, 2012. This is an exciting trip for our students as they love to act at this age and play with puppets creating their own theater. The play is at St. Joseph’s University, Bluett Theater. If you have your clearances and would like to attend the trip you must have both on file in the Main Office by January 10th, 2012. Please pack a bag lunch for that day labeled with your child’s name, please no lunchboxes.  We will arrive back at school before regular dismissal time so your children will be dismissed as a regular school day. We ask that you do not pack any glass bottles or containers. Your Kindergarten child should wear their Gym uniform and Pre-K should wear
comfortable clothes and sneakers.  
Please return the permission slip and payment by Friday, December 16th,
