*Important Upcoming Dates:


2/14: Valentine's Day

2/17: 100th day of school (for pre-k and k)

2/20: Presidents' Day/no school

2/21: Career Day (blue group)

2/22: Ash Wednesday

2/23: Career Day (green group)

2/24: Conferences (grades pre-k to second) - no school for children in those grades


*Terra Nova testing will take place during the first week of March. All students in grades k through 7 will take the Terra Nova test. More information will be on the website as the time approaches. Your child should not be absent during testing unless he/she is ill.  Thanks


*Special Persons Day is scheduled for Friday, April 13th. Please mark your calendar. Information about this event will be sent home in late February or early March.


*Please check the school handbook (on the school website: parents corner: school handbook) for information concerning illness (pages 23-25). This information is important for the health of your child and the health of the other children and adults in the classroom. If your child comes to school when he/she is sick, we will be sending your child home.  Thanks 


*If your child is absent from school, you need to do three things:

1. call the school office (610-828-3082) and report your child's absence

2. e-mail me to let me know your child won't be in school

3. when your child returns to school, he/she needs to bring a note to me listing the date(s) of the absence and the reason for the absence     Thanks
