BEATITUDES PROJECT
· Select a person that you think lives out each of the Beatitudes
· You must pick a different person for each beatitude
· You may not use more than four personal choices for the project. That means up to four people you know personally and four more people who have graced our world.
· You must explain in well-constructed 7th grade level paragraph (8-10 sentences) how the person you have selected lives out the Beatitudes. You are expected to make a clear and relevant correlation between the person, their actions and the Beatitude.
· You will compile your paragraphs into a paper and will then record your essay.
· You must also make a power point/movie maker to accompany your recorded essay.
· Your power point must include a pictures or a symbol for each person
This is a major project and you will receive a grade in Religion, Writing, and Speaking/Listening.
Due Dates:
Rough Draft of paragraphs Monday May 7th
Power point slides completed Friday May 11th
Final project due Tuesday May 15th
