Hello Parents and Students,
Let me share with you some things about myself. I am a native New Yorker,
cherish my time with my husband and my three daughters, and enjoy going to
Phillie's games. I have a BA in Elementary
Education from Trinity College, Washington, D.C. and a MA in Reading from
Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. Before I had my three lovely daughters, I
taught in Hawaii and Massachusetts. When my daughters were all in school I
returned to teaching and in January of 2009 I began teaching at Saints Peter
and Paul. I am so fortunate to be a part of the SSPP
community and I am looking forward to a great year!!
My goal in sixth grade is to reflect the mission statement of Saints
Peter and Paul School, “Hearts to Love, Hands to Serve”, through my example
and teaching. I will create a safe and challenging classroom environment in
which each child will be given the opportunity to meet his or her potential
and discover a lifelong love of learning. Communication between parent and
teacher is the key to success. Please do not hesitate to email me. I will
