I got my bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of
Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I taught 1st and 2nd grade at George G. Blaisdell
Elementary School for 5 years. Then I earned my master's degree in library
science and information technologies from Mansfield University. This is my
seventh year as teacher librarian!
I live way out in the country by the Bradford Airport with my husband,
Allen, our active 7 year old boy, Spencer, and 5 year old girl, Sophie. We
are currently building a new house in which we are doing all of the work
ourselves since my husband is a carpenter. We will soon live right in
Bradford on Lafferty Hollow. My hobbies are reading, hunting, walking,
playing the piano, and interior decorating, not to mention playing with my
kids!
To become independent seekers of information...and to have fun all the way!
