Hello, my name is Mrs. Mary Horton and I am the full-time Certifed School
Nurse at Shafer Elementary Monday through Wednesday. On Thursdays and
Fridays, I am the School Nurse at Lower Nazareth Elementary School. Mrs.
Kathy Zulick,will be working at Shafer as the Associate School Nurse on
Thursdays and Fridays. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree and a PA
Certificate in School Nursing from Cedar Crest College. This is my tenth
year in the Nazareth School District, and my eighth year at Shafer. Prior to
working as a School Nurse, I worked at Easton Hospital in critical care and
in the Short Procedure Unit. I am married and have two wonderful sons,
Kristopher and Tyler. I enjoy walking, reading, sports, and spending time
with my family. I love working with the students, parents,and staff at
Shafer!
