As of May 2008 the South Central Reading Council was the largest council in 
the State.

Where do I get a membership form?
When you join the Keystone State Reading Association (KSRA) you  
are automatically a member of your local council. Be sure to write South 
Central Reading Council on the line that says "Local Council"

How much does a membership cost?
$30.00 dollars per year plus the cost of each event. Events usually range 
from 15 to 20 dollars and includes the feature presentation and dinner.

Can I pay with a credit card?
You may now pay your membership fee with a credit card or check.

Can I come to an event even if I am not a member?
You may attend events as long as you register in advance. The cost is more 
for nonmembers.
