This is my second year teaching at Northwestern Elementary School. I grew up
in Edinboro and graduated from Edinboro University in 2006 with my Bachelor's
degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, I started teaching and
decided to go back to school
to earn my Master's Degree in Reading, which I completed in 2008. Even when
I was little, I always
knew I wanted to become a teacher. I love working with children and seeing
them reach their full
potential. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies and I enjoy passing that
passion on to others! I'm
excited to meet and work with all of my students this year!
When I'm not reading, you can catch me: kayaking, walking with my dog, shopping,
running, and snowboarding.
Our mission is to grow as individuals and as readers and writers. We need to
be patient with each other
and know that Together Everyone Achieves More...we are a TEAM!!
