Mrs. Lisa Andrews is the Elementary School Counselor for both Northwestern and
Springfield Elementary
Schools. She has been in this position since February 2006. Before becoming
the Elementary Guidance
Counselor, she worked in the district for four years as the Skillstreaming
Facilitator. This position was
through Perseus House.
Mrs. Andrews earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in General Science from
Gannon University. She
then earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and Elementary Guidance
Certification from
Gannon University. Upon completing this degree, she worked for four years as
a mental health
therapist before working in the school system.
