LIVE HEALTHY WITH NUTRITION AND DAILY EXERCISE IN 2013!
Welcome to P.E.!
It's time to get our brains and bodies moving! I can't think of a better place to do it than Physical
Education! Students learn about life through the fundamentals of communication, respect and
sportsmanship as they play. Come by to visit my classes where students are actively
engaged and having fun.

THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE:
EXERCISE RELIEVES STRESS, TENSION, ANXIETY
AND POSSIBLY DEPRESSION. IT
PREVENTS FUTURE DISEASES SUCH AS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, TYPE II DIABETES
AND HELPS WITH WEIGHT CONTROL. IT ALSO
PROMOTES THE NORMAL GROWTH OF BONES AND MUSCLES!
