Parents: As you know since you signed my Back to School information in the
beginning of the year that I allow re-test on any test below as 70 for a
chance to bring up their grade to an 80. When I give back the test the
studnets are told the day in which the re-test will be the following week.
This give plenty of time to study or re-learn. I will not force anyone to
take a re-test...it is the student's responsibility!
Parents: Your student may not be working to his/her potential. The problem
we are having is a lack of study time at home. The students are working in
class but is not reviewing what they have learned in class. Examples
Prepositions, Helping Verbs. Thhey need to know what these are, and identify
in sentences. We are also having a problem with current events in the 7th
grade. Your child not completing them. They are just filling in answers or
not even handing it in. This is greatly bringing down his/her grade as you
will see on the Progress report. Please ask to see your child's current
event each week and the study material.
Vocabulary: Your Finished Vocab
Grammar Write 10 sentences on loose leaf with compound nouns, and 10
sentences using appositeves. Study!
Literature : Congrats your done!
