5K R.A.C.E. Registration
Join us for our school's 2nd Annual 5K R.A.C.E. (Run About Catholic Education) on Friday, May 18, 2012 beginning at 6:30 P.M. with the 1K Kid's Race. The professionally timed 2 Mile Fitness Walk and 5K Race will take off in stride at 7:00 P.M. Post race snacks, pizza, water, age group awards, prizes & more after you cross the finish line!! Release and Emergency Card forms are available as PDF-Fillable forms. When you click on the link, you are directed you to the forms section of the webpage. Open the 2011 School Forms, type in your information and print the form for your child. If you have multiple children, change the child specific information and print it again. Do not forget to complete the student and parent signature lines after you have printed the document. These forms need to be completed and turned into the office by Sept, 8th
