Dear Parents,
Enclosed is the decision of the Parish Council and Finance Committee meeting on April 1, 2008. At that time it was the consensus of those present that the following items be adopted.
FUNDRAISERS: All families must pay $300 in the beginning of the school year to cover the 3 mandatory fundraisers. This $300 will be divided into 3 installments, the first to be applied to the July 1st tuition payment, the second in August, and the 3rd in September.
At the end of the fundraisers, those who have met the requirements for participation will have the money deducted from their final tuition payment of the current year. Those who have partial participation will receive an appropriate reimbursement. Those who choose not to participate will receive nothing.
TUITION: For families with one child, tuition will remain the same. There will be a slight increase in tuition for families with 2 or more children.
