How often do the students have computer class?.

The students have class once a week.

Are the students able to complete extra credit?

No.  If students complete classwork in a timely manner there is 
no need for extra credit.

Is the computer lab open any other time for the students to complete work?

Yes, however there are rules.  The student is allowed to come 
during lunchtime with a pass from the teacher.  The students are 
not allowed to complete any homework assignments during school 
time.
