Do French people celebrate Halloween?

Not outside Paris. Most people still don't celebrate it. They have Mardi Gras 
in February. Kids and adults dress up. It is a lot of fun. In the city of Nice 
Mardi Gras is wonderful. It lasts for several days. On Mardi Gras children in 
the city of Nice do not go to school!
