I graduated from University of Scranton with B.S. in Secondary
Education/Mathematics. After graduation, I took a year and traveled in the
United States and Europe with the educational group Up With People. I
started teaching in Weatherly and then continued my education receiving an
M.S. in Educational Computing from Wilkes University. I enjoy teaching and
look forward to a new group of students each year.
My mission for the year is for the students to realize how important
mathematics (Pre-Algebra) is in their daily lives. I want them to enjoy
mathematics and see how much fun it can be. I also hope to have the students
become involved with hands on learning activites (manipulatives).
