Special Assignment:
During the next five weeks, your child will participate in a reading program
called “Egg-cellent Readers”. Each week, your child is responsible for
reading 5 books (15 pages of a chapter book = 1 book). Please complete the
attached book logs and return to school on the following dates:
Friday, March 2nd (1st book log due)
Friday, March 9th (2nd book log due)
Friday, March 16th (3rd book log due)
Friday, March 23rd (4th book log due)
Friday, March 30th (5th book log due)
At the end of our program, your child will have read 25 books! As a reward,
we will go on an egg hunt in our school’s courtyard for prizes. Our egg hunt
is scheduled for Friday, March 30th.
