Do you give homework every night?

Homework is usually given Monday through Friday.  Homework is given on the 
weekends only under certain circumstance when deemed necessary.

Do all quizzes and tests need to be signed?

Tests need to be signed and returned as verification that you have seen your 
child's grade. Quizzes only need to be signed if they receive a failing
grade.

How can I get in touch with you?

You can contact me by phone at the school between 8:30am and 3:00pm at (570)
693-1914, or by sending a note with your child.

How often do the students have access to computers?

Students are scheduled computer time twice a week for 15 minutes each 
session. They may also receive extra computer time if all work is completed.

Are study guides available for science and social studies?

Study guides are distributed at least three days in advance of the tests for 
both subjects.

Are students allowed to bring home reading books?

All reading material must be kept in the classroom.

Do you teach all subjects?

I teach Reading, Math, English, and Spelling.  I teach Math to two classes. (4/01 and 4/03)

When is gym day?

Gym day is Monday morning.

Do students have time during the day to start or work on homework?

If time permits, students may be given time to begin homework.  However, our 
schedule is very tight so most assignments are to be completed at home.

What is necessary to change my child's mode of transportation?

In order for your child to change his/her mode of transportation,
you must send in a written note or call to inform the school.
