I am a Wyoming Area graduate. I received an Associate Degree in Science from
Luzerne County Community College. I also received a Bachelor of Science
Degree in elementary education from King's College, as well as a masters
equivalency.
I am a five year veteran of the United States Air Force. I served at Travis
AFB, CA and Ramstein AB, Germany. I have been employed at Wyoming Area for
the last 20 years teaching 4th and 5th grade. I previously taught 2nd and 3rd
grade at St. Aloysius School in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
I have found my many years of teaching to be a very rewarding experience.
I reside in West Wyoming with my husband Barry and our daughter Adrienne. She
is a sophmore at Wyoming Area Secondary Center.
Our son Michael is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is a 2011
graduate of Penn State University.
Every child will work to their full potential by accomplishing academic and
social goals. This will prepare them for their future at Wyoming Area. I
will also help my students to achieve the standards set by the district and
the state.
